No animal, fowl, fish, reptile and/or pet of any kind shall be kept in or about the Unit for any amount of time without obtaining the prior written consent and meeting the requirements of the Manager. In the event permission is granted, Student must sign a Pet Addendum and will be assessed an additional $250.00 Non-refundable Pet Fee, plus an additional $25 monthly installment Pet Fee. Student agrees to obtain and maintain appropriate liability insurance for damages which may be caused by such pet. At no time may student temporarily house additional animals unless it is an approved service animal.
The assigned Unit has been designated as a smoke free living environment. Student shall not smoke anywhere in the Unit; the building where the Unit is located; or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building. Nor shall Student permit any guests and visitors to do so.
